If there was a zero star that's what I would put. I went to his office and even paid an advance for his services. A couple weeks passed and I called and he said they had mailed some papers to the IRS. Which is a lie since they need my signature. A couple of weeks passed after that and I called to see the update and he said, "We might have to mail it instead of doing it electronically." I asked what is the difference this stuff we are mailing from the last and it turns out that he found out they had never mailed anything. So he lied. He told me "Give me a couple of days" even though it had been 2 months since I had first taken all my papers to him and he still hadn't done anything. I called him for after the couple of days and he said "My secretaries can't find your paperwork I am sorry." He couldn't even own up to it and take responsibility for his carelessness.
