H Tax Accounting

Really wanted to give a small business a chance, but unfortunately this was a horrible experience. Our business tax bill was higher than any other year, yet we had less customers and tons of breakdowns. There were items that I was told could not be written off and others he said had to be done a certain way. Took paperwork to a different accountant and he said it could be written off and was surprised at the logic used. Then, spoke to the receptionist, gave her the banking info and she said she she would pay the state taxes and first installment for federal. A month later I received a tax statement that none of our taxes were paid. Called H and never, ever heard back from them. So, now we had to pay another accountant to review this mess and have penalities to pay because they did not pay taxes. So mad, it's unfortunate, but it is poorly run, no communication and either lying or forgetting to do their job cost our very small business a lot of extra money. An apology or explanation woul
