Horrible experience! They charged us over 1k to do our taxes, never really gave us a full breakdown on what was going on. Sent us an invoice of the cost before getting a chance to review the docs. I will not use them again. Hope they can work on better customer service and communicate effectively on what's going on and how things will go. Kevin was the person we worked with and the way he handled my husband through conversation was dismissive! I had to call to get some answers to my questions. Overall was not happy AT ALL!

We have been tax clients for over 7 years, but their service has been getting progressively worse each year. Despite having our complete tax documentation for almost two months, they failed to prepare and file before the tax deadline causing us unnecessary fees. We will not be using this business again.

Contacted this CPA firm, got a prompt response. Upon setting a date and time, they added they charged $380/hour with a minimum of 30 mins. That would have been nice to know up front. When i responded that I did not want to pay for a consultation to see I wanted you use their services and asked for a fee waiver they never responded! Such lack of customer service upfront. Glad our family dodged a bullet. I mean you are not a law firm, yet you want us to pay a consultation fee to see if you are adequate to retain for services.....
