I’m writing this review so that no one else has the experience I did with Ryan Hood and his firm. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had in business. Initially, he quoted one price and then charged another. At another point, his staff erroneously charged an old account after they acknowledged receiving the new account information. Later on, I had reached out to my bookkeeper with the firm about quarterly tax filing and Ryan responded with an extremely condescending and rude email back. His response was, “Danielle “respectfully” if you don’t know what you are talking about then you shouldn’t send emails like this. we give you an estimated amount for you to pay quarterly with very specific instructions. We can hold our clients hands only to a certain point.” I responded, politely saying that I will transition to another firm but that for continuity, I would prefer to have him file 2021 taxes.
