Howard is an incredible asset to my business. He does his work thoroughly and quickly and gives excellent advice. I've recommended him to countless friends and colleagues over the years and they have all been extremely happy with his services. When I first started working with Howard years ago, I remember he noticed that the state of California had withheld taxes for a project I had done in the state. He was able to get back almost $1000 for me in these withheld taxes. My colleague who I had worked with on the project lost that same $1000, because his accountant did not bother to file the necessary paperwork to get back the withheld taxes. This is just one example of the dedication and extra mile that Howard always does to give the best services to his clients, which end up paying for themselves in the money he is able to save. Howard helped me at a moments notice to file my taxes. As a foreigner, I was unfamiliar with the process and requirements and he took the time to explain what was involved and what I could expect. He worked immediately to prepare the papers knowing how urgent the situation was for me and then filed it on my behalf on the same day working and communicating with me until 11 at night!. I am incredibly grateful to Howard for really going out of his way to help me. I warmly recommend him.

We worked with Howard on our 2020 tax return - that year we moved from California to New York, and had liquidated stocks. Our experience with Howard was horrible; he was rude, impatient, and continuously gave us unsolicited financial advice. We tolerated him because we thought he would at least get the job done. Not until when we were filing our 2021 tax return we found out that Howard miscalculated part of our 2020 tax. When We followed up with him because my current CPA asked for missing documents, he called my CPA a 'loser' for accusing him for misfiling. When I gave him the exact document that was missing, he then went on radio silence. We later on got ANOTHER CPA to look at our 2020 tax return, and this CPA again CONFIRMED Howard has missed a document. Because of Howard's mistake and our inability to get the document, multiple CPAs refused to work with us. We called and emailed him multiple times, and he continued to ignore our requests.
