used the highland square location. NEVER AGAIN! gave wrong price when started my return and ended up charging me $200 more. my return was denied due to agent inputting wrong number on form. Didn't proper explain the emerald card. update: H&R claims I'll receive a refund. One month later and nothing. Now they shifted blame to corporate but I think they meant to say they are corrupt!
One star because I cannot give zero. Gave factually incorrect tax information, which we trusted (because it is H&R Block, right?). I paid extra for identity protection and had fraudulent activity on my card a month later. Never again.
My man and I went in and had a very good experience with our tax filer John. He tried to get us the best refund he could and went above and beyond to do so!!!! Thank you for letting us have a pleasant experience and keep up the good work John ????!!!!!!!
