H&R Block

It was quick. Massiata Fanny was the Analysis working w/me. She was very kind & sweet. She did her best to answer my questions w/o further confusing me. However the older women Blanche seemed very bitter & annoyed & was not really friendly, knowledgeable but w/o any finesse & borderline rudeness. I understand that taxes are a serious & important matter & that it's not social hour. But genuine care/concern/understanding goes a long way. Especially when frustration & emotions may be elevated. I was very upset that 2 of my jobs failed to take ANY state taxes out even though I specifically asked for an extra 5$ be deducted resulting in me OWING NYS 100's of $ for the 1st time EVER! & at a time when I NEEDED that $$ the most in order to keep my residence. Had Blanche been my Tax Analysis & treated me the way she did when Massiata asked her to assist in answering some questions for me....I probably would have politely thanked Massiata for all her help & walked out the door & went else where.

Your employees are amazing and so knowledgeable with doing my taxes and the customer service is impeccable. Have been using H&R block for over 10 years
