Good people that are concerned in preparing my tax return. They take the time to ask the right questions so I get the best results.
DO NOT GO HERE, I waited 15 weeks for my return to find out they never actually submitted it! This is after calling in 3 times to make sure they had everything they needed. It caused me a huge headache! this service here is Trash.
Excellent service. Cost is everything these day. My representative was terrific. His name is Bill parish. He would be one reason for me to return. However if the overall cost could be a fixed amount around $250-$350 I feel more people would not hesitate to utilize HR block all the time.
