My Tax Analyst, Michael Stetson, was extremely efficient, professional, accurate, and timely with my tax preparations. He was able to turn around my forms in the same day and accommodate me without having to physically visit the office. I also appreciated the fact that he proactively called me to suggest I complete my return in advance of Tax Day. I would for sure go back to him again. UPDATE from 2022: To follow up from my earlier review, I did once again choose Michael Stetson to do my taxes for 2021. Once again, Michael did not disappoint. He was able to complete my tax returns, same day, without me having to even come into the office. This quick and easy turnaround was especially important this year as I've heard there are huge delays from the IRS. For me, however, I received my tax return within a week. Michael is an invaluable team member at H&R Block on N. Graham in Charlotte, and I recommend anyone for his service.
