H&R Block

Ive been using H & R Block for years. During this time I have loved their services. Today at this location I was treated so poorly I almost went to another tax preparation service company. There is never a reason nor excuse to treat a customer poorly. I worked in customer service almost my whole adult life and I would never treat a customer the way that I was treated today at this location. Hands down this was the worst customer service Ive ever personally experienced. I will be sure to tell anyone who asks not to visit this location.

Fast and friendly service will definitely go back next year

I will never come back to this location. I moved back to Columbus last year and have been using H & R Block since I started working and never had poor customer service like this. I went last year and didn’t care for the experience with the tax preparer so I decided to try someone else this year. I walk into the location which smells of cigarette smoke, but I was early for my appointment which was fine I didn’t mind waiting. But I inform the gentleman at the desk that I had an appointment with “Stephanie”. Not knowing Stephanie was there with someone she then yells” huh?!” As I am giving my information to the man to get checked in she walks up to the desk and says” she heard her name what’s going on?” He then precedes to tell her that I had an appointment for “Shirley” and I pull up my confirmation to make sure I wasn’t imagining who I said which I was correct it was for Stephanie. She then says oh no I don’t have anyone for 5pm today then walks back to her desk and then states” I only
