I filed my taxes myself this year and made a mistake only to realize this mistake when I only had a couple days left to the deadline I went into HR Block and was helped by a gentleman named Carlos he fixed all the issues that I couldn't solve over the phone with the IRS he took care of all this in less than 30 minutes and had me filed and accepted by the IRS in time for the deadline
I wasn't asked any questions really, wasnt satisfied with my tax return, the person who helped raced through my return. I waited 2 hours just to be told the person who was going to see me was going to see a couple that got there after me.
Carlos my preparer was very fast, efficient, and simple. I'm not trying to spend hours of my time in a tax office. It was exactly like I expected it would be; I show up with the papers, he gets the job done, I go home. Great service provided.
