The level of service that I expected was not there. I thought they would maximize my refund not get me the same outcome I would have gotten filing on my own. I felt like I was just another number, someones commission. They took me in and got me out as soon as they could. I would look elsewhere, avoid these chain tax filing companies at all cost. Get your moneys worth elsewhere.
