H&R Block

Mimi prepared my taxes and she was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and personable. This was a very quick and easy process. I was able to get an appointment right away. I uploaded my documents a day ahead of time and was in and out of the office in 10 minutes. Diane, the front desk person, was very nice and considerate.

If I could give a 0 I would. Buyer beware. They do not know how to file taxes appropriately. I spent over $300 for them to file my taxes and they have yet to get it right. Unfortunately they refuse to help correct it as well. Also know that you will need to send your W-2s when filing your taxes as H&R Block will not do it for you. They filed my taxes but never sent my W-2s with it. Who does that?

Filed few years back. Unfortunately they were booked this year so wasn't able to go thru them. Their staff are well trained and friendly w/flexible availability usually. Was great help when filed. A deduction came from my refund; im uncertain what it was for or went toward; but i wasn't told of it when i filed. Aside from this was a fairly simple process with just a few questions and info being input. Would return but go to different preparer with hopes to avoid anything unexpected.
