H&R Block

The lady I had was slightly condescending when clearing up some confusion about the advance loan . Sticking to the H&R Block I usually go to .

I called the office last Friday at aprox 9am. I had a conversation with someone named Mary over the phone and decided to move forward with using them to file my taxes. I was asked for my personal information over the phone, including social, which seems pretty standard and promised that I would receive a text message within 30 minutes prompting me to create an account and get started with uploading our documents. That text next came. At aprox 12:30pm I called back and left a message for Mary, who never returned my call. I called back at 3:30 and Mary answered the phone I asked her why I hadn’t received any further information and she put me on hold. She never came back to the line. I called back again after holding for 15 minutes and requested to speak with her manager. She took my information and I have yet to receive a call back. It is now Monday morning (3 days later) and I can not reach anyone at the location. I would not recommend that anyone use this business. If they are too bus

No stress,No waiting, No worries and the front desk worker greeted me with a comforting smile as she asked what she could do to help me. Barbra prepared and filed my taxes. She asked me all the right questions (so I didn't have any), she explained the process clearly, and overall she was so great.. I will be going back next year! Thank you H&R block in Moraine, Ohio.
