H&R Block

I am putting this review for the front desk personnel name Janice, she is extremely rude, very unprofessional, very arrogant, very argumentative for a front personnel that answer phone calls. She need customer service 101 Training. For a displeased customer she has no compassion and doesn’t care at all, she has no time to listen and not to mention when I ask for Her name for the record and she doesn’t want to repeat it and hang up on me. I called back H & R block main office to file a formal complaint. On the other hand, my tax preparer Buddy Stinger, he is very pleasant, very professional and very will to help. i have so much respect for him. Customer Service is not all about client/customer satisfaction but providing professional and pleasant way to deal with customer. i have been a client for 7 years and this is the most rudest encounter I have for a so called grown adult in my entire life.

Susan was very nice and made everything super simple for us. We were only there an hour and had our advance soon after and we couldn't be happier.

Friendly service and we were in and out in 40 minutes. Scott was great and answered all of our questions and explained everything clearly. Would definitely recommend this place no matter how complicated your tax situation might be!
