Have had Caroline Keeler as my tax prepare for the past few yrs. I would highly recommend Caroline. She is extremely competent and friendly.

Dolores was a pleasure to work with and clearly explained everything my wife and I needed to know during our tax filing. The office staff was very welcoming as well!

I have been coming here for over 5 years, I only use h&r block for the benefits of the refund advance. Yesterday Dolores asked me if I wanted to do the advance. I said yes. Well she did not check the box and now they can not apply me for the advance. I keep my credit good to make sure I can get these advances. Now I have to suffer great financial hardship for the next two weeks and possibly lose my home as I was banking on this advance. Another thing that really scares me is if she forgot to check one little box what else may have been done improperly on my tax return? I spoke with the store manager who was unable to help me. They couldn't put my advance through nor refund me a partition of the 500 dollars that I paid a tax professional to do my taxes unprofessional. I will be discontinuing any further business with h&r block and warning family and friends to not use this business.
