Have been coming here for years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They have always taken great care of me.
Been going to them for years now. Always a pleasant time. The people are nice and easy to work with. They explain everything thoroughly and always asking if I have any questions.
I set up an appointment at a specific location. I live in a rural area, so I had to arrange for a ride a week ahead of time, seeing as I don't have a vehicle. I also arranged for a place to stay while I was in town, and the bus took an hour and a half to get to town. I set all of this up just so I could do my taxes with H&R Block. I called H&R block to make sure that the location that I selected was open. The lady I spoke with on the phone, an H&R Block employee, confirmed that it was, indeed, open. When I got to the location where I set up my appointment, I discovered that the office was closed indefinitely. I wasted an entire day, and had to wait an extra week, because of the inaccuracy, and lack of, information. Nobody in H&R block seemed to be aware that the location was closed, no online resources implied that it was closed (not even Google; Google said it was open), and the appointment calendar in the H&R Block App set up and confirmed my appointment in spite of the location that
