The receptionist (I apologize I don't remember her name at this time) warmly greeted me and assisted me in filling out the appropriate paperwork. I was dropping off a family member's taxes to be prepared a different experience for me. I had questions and answers she did not have she quickly knew who could give me the appropriate answer.
