Good job for charging my husband so much money and still taking five months to get his taxes returned. Charged for the tax prep and for getting an emerald card. I filed mine myself on the app for free and only had to wait 10 days for my return. So, my husband paid over 400 and had to wait Makes no sense

I few decades ago I worked as receptionist for H&R Block.
