Our tax preparer was fantastic and kind. Friendly. However, we paid 300 dollars for less than an hour of their time. Though the service was great, we will never file there again at that rate.

My husband and I went to the one in town center, we usually go to the one in lynhavven mall. When making the appointment the man on the phone couldn't spell a simple name like Jacob, he asked me five times.....and then the day of our appointment, my husband and I have never been more concerned with the ability of someone doing our taxes then that day. Not only were we there for 5hrs but, the individual working with us did not give us confidence that he knew what he was doing. H&R is great just not the one at town center. Go to any other one!
