The first time was for a consultation where we spent over an hour discussing a recent move I had made to the area and my finances related to my recent retirement. My second visit was to have my 2014 taxes done. On both occasions. I found Heather to be very knowledgeable and willing to take the time to educate me in areas that were new in my situation. She offered several options in the handling of my income and savings. She never pressured me and listened carefully to my goals. She followed up with correspondence and documentation of the decisions I made. She has also provided me with a referral to an attorney that proved to be excellent as well.
