Ibex Insurance, Tax and Accounting

I had interviewed Se-Arom on the phone and explained that I questioned my previous accountant’s review of my income tax review and inquired as to his ability to handle my tax filing. He agreed to do my tax filing for $100.00 and that I would not be charged anything until filing. He reviewed my taxes and indicated that I owed over $300.00 in extra taxes. I again mentioned that my previous accountant indicated that I did not owe anything nor do I have a refund. He then requested more information and deduced that I owed $175.00 in extra taxes. I retrieved my tax documents and requested a credit for the $65.00 for the automatic debit to my account. I have not received a credit. Please be aware of your trust in this individual. I have requested several times for a receipt of the amount that I was automatically charged for tax preparation. I have not only not received a receipt, but absolutely no communication from Se-Arom. Very disappointing that this is a person that is providing

Se-Arom and his team have been wonderful in responding timely to our tax related questions. My family and I have been their tax client for more than five years now and we highly recommend their service .
