Iron Tax has been my go to for all of my accounting needs for several years now. I have always had a positive experience. Roger and his staff always go above and beyond to meet whatever deadlines I might have. They definitely have my business for any current and future accounting needs. Professional and courteous!

Iron Tax bought a tax business in Springdale, Arkansas called Bottom Line, our experience with them has been absolutely horrific. We dropped our papers in early March. We gave them chance despite our reservations. Trying to get someone to call you back was almost impossible. Finally went to up to pick up our paperwork in early April because our taxes were not done and no one was communicating with us and we were going to take them somewhere else and the office space was closed up tight despite the phone recording saying they were open M-F 8am - 5pm. Left a message that someone needed to call back ASAP and 3 days later finally get a return phone call this is when I find out the paperwork is all sent to Broken Arrow OK for preparation and they dont keep anyone in the store front in Arkansas full time. By this point its getting down to the wire and we need our taxes done. They promise they will have them done by April 15. We got them on April 16. Luckily is was holiday weekend and we had

Roger and his team have always gone above and beyond when helping me with my tax filing. They are extremely knowledgeable about tax laws and help you work through your deductions throughout the year. They are not just a “stop & shop”; it is continuous customer service. I highly recommend them!
