Absolutely awful. The man who prepared our taxes messed up last year and I didn't even realize it until we filed this year. He told us we could not use our education credit for 2017 until 2018, even though our forms said 2017 on them. We owed $2800 when we filed with them. I amended the tax return through H&R Block, and not only do we not owe money for 2017, we are getting a $1500 refund. Long story short, we are now getting refunded the $2800 Jackson Hewitt said we owed, plus $1500 more. Stay away from this place.
Jackson Hewitt tax preparation was fantastic. They searched for every possible deductible and left no stone unturned. I still had to pay taxes, but each year it gets a little better. Thanks to my tax preparer at Jackson Hewitt Tax service.
They messed dup on my taxes then messed up on my amendment then I didn't receive any payments for 2021 that I was aspoe to because of this or the rest of my taxes from last year then they closed for the year I'm not happy and will never go back nor refer my friends. Now they won't answer the phone ever
