Best experience ever getting my taxes done! My taxes have become a little more complicated so I searched for an expert to help maximize my return. So happy to have found Mari and Jackson Hewitt. First of all, she is so kind, patient and helpful. I have never had someone take me through so much detail when doing my taxes. It was clear in the 5 minutes, I had absolutely come to the right place. I came in concerned I would have to pay the IRS and walked out with my biggest return ever. They are extremely reasonable considering the level of service and expertise you receive. They are also so honest and really want to ensure they are doing the best job for everyone who comes to see them. I can't thank and highly recommend them enough!

I made an appointment to review the mistakes in my taxes (made by the accountant here because she didn’t review any of the information I sent), sat and waited for nearly one hour past my appointment time. The receptionist went in to tell the accountant I wanted to speak with her, so instead of ending her current appointment and having me for my scheduled appointment, she walked over and hurriedly went through what I had to say in the receptionist chair. She didn’t have any time for me or seem to care if my questions or worries were answered, let alone my taxes were done correctly. I was told she would mail my state taxes after my federal had been accepted. I emailed her to let her know when my federal had been accepted, and asked if I needed to come in to sign the state taxes before she mailed them. She replied “no need to come in”.
