Tiffany was nice I went to file the rest of my taxes on the 28th I got the holiday loan and I was told I should of gotten money that day I didn't get anything I called customer service and they said the IRS just opened and my application is still in review I paid close to $300 dollars for there service I felt like I was lied to and false advertising I want the $50 that they give to you for the guaranteed same day money it is now over 24 hrs and still no money I will never go back to Jackson and Hewitt and will not refer anyone if I knew it was going to be likethis i would of went somewhere else.i will be reporting jackson and Hewitt to the BBB for false advertisement also I called there to find out what was going on and the so called receptionist told me that Tiffany would call me back at 4pm and I never got a call back so yeah this place sucks
