April Ross’s Jackson Hewitt office has always been very helpful and informative. This year was especially challenging as we had to file an extension due to my husband’s illness. He then passed and I was at a loss as to what that meant for filing, etc. April’s team was very empathetic and helpful, for which I was grateful.
I had back taxes out the whazooo and missing w2s etc, it was no problem for my tax pro, Farida Dvalidze! Thank you so very much Farida, that’s a boat load of stress off of my shoulders.
My tax pro Charissa provided excellent service by going above and beyond to help me sort out issues, answer questions, explain tax laws, and assist me in thinking ahead to be more pro-active for documentation to assist in next year's processing.
