Returning happy customer as usual????. This yr i was helped by ciara and nicola with my taxes...they were both so great! The whole staff! They make you feel so at ease! Answering calls and helping customers with their tax questions over the phone! They are open late, i believe 7p or 8p ..Couple laughs as well...thank you ciara and nicola!???? as always!

Oustanding knowledge of the tax system and excellent customer service. I have had the pleasure of working with Nicola in the Palm Desert office about 6 years now. Due to my divorce, I have come to her for advice on complex tax issues, and she is always right on point. She knows the rules and is able to explain the law and my options in easily understandable terms. Nicola is a true gem - reliable, trustworthy and always quick to respond when an issue arises, even well outside tax season. 5 stars! Highly recommend her services and those of the PD office!

I have gone to them for years and I was very afraid in the beginning after my divorce due to my husband always taking care of our taxes in the past, but Jackson and Hewitt made me feel comfortable and really helped me feel well informed.
