Well I called MANY MANY times. Left messages. Even drove over to the office closest to my home. Even though the posted sign listed their hours of operation, there wasn't anyone there. A woman did return my call, while I was at work, but I still had no appointment scheduled. I happen to be @ a Walmart & noticed a booth set up. Talked with that gentleman & he was able to get me an appt but I still needed to confirm it, for one of the other locations. My goal was to have my appt. & my return filled before the special filling discount expired. And I did! Yay! Saved me about $200. Persistence pays off. But in all honesty, that was too much inconvenience.
