I've dealt with them in the past and I felt good every time I got my taxes done with Jackson Hewitt, before I went to Jackson Hewitt I dealt with H &R Block. I wasn't getting as much money back when I was dealing with h &r block as I was getting when Jackson Hewitt did my taxes I was getting much more money back. ????????????????????????????????????????????????
The only thing I didn’t find pleasant is the length of time it took to get service… word to the wise schedule before the end of the tax season. The parking situation left an awful taste but hopefully next year will get around that too & find a longer term parking lot. Ms Debra could definitely use another tax preparer to assist her… but she is well worth waiting for and Ms Racheal is awesome too. Liberty Pole Way Rochester, NY
The people here are awesome, they are like family. They are top notch tax professionals. They are proficient quick and very professional. They are able to handle the most complex tax returns with ease. I will definitely be back next year.
