Hali Fitzpatrick is amazing! After 10 years as a Jackson Hewitt customer I was ready to leave to to several morons in Fairmount and Lodi street. Hali went all out and kept me on the phone to convince me to not leave Jackson Hewitt and to let her show me that I was important. I STAYED PURELY FOR HALI AND HER GOING THE EXTRA MILE FOR A CUSTOMER SHE DIDN'T EVEN KNOW. Whatever you are paying her is definitely not enough and Jackson Hewitt is lucky to have someone of her Caliber. She will do all my taxes from now on and of she ever leaves , I leave with her. Went last year and loved the lady. Began calling this year, made two personal visits and can’t reach anyone. Cleaning lady had no clue. I have her cell phone number and still won’t answer. Got to find someone else. Oh Lord. Smells trouble.
