Very rude, said she isn't accepting anymore clients "it's the last day" then hung up in my face.... there is a such thing as extensions... do better.

I called the office and asked if there was any special paperwork I needed to fill out before arriving. I have a number of businesses related deductions I needed to claim. I was told no. When I arrived at the office, I was told that I needed to take a form home and fill it in after all for the deductions. I spent several hours filling out the form and then went back again and returned everything. I informed several people in the office that I was going to be leaving town for several months and made sure that they were OK with everything being completed through the mail. I was told that it wouldn't be a problem. 3 weeks after I left the area, I got a call telling me that I needed to fly all the way back so that I could sit down in their office to go over things. No effort was made from that point on for them to do what they had said they would do. I had to have someone drive to their office and pick up my taxex documents so that they could be taken to another CPA.

Fantastic experience getting my taxes done. Jim and his staff are very knowledgeable and experts in the field. I have been going there for years and will continue. Jim and his staff have taken care of my family for over 40 years. I have a business and yes the do business filing also. Very affordable. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you for everything.
