I don't know where all the positive reviews come from. I suspect it's because they ask you to review then after your first visit. I don't typically do reviews but when I choose to put one out there it's just a warning to others they may fall (like I did) for all the positive reviews. I had a very simple return to do. They dropped the ball from the very beginning. My documents they offered to scan were scanned in to another person's account. After that they made me aware that my taxes were complete so I went in to pick them up and review. My wife and I had 3 w2 and only 2 were entered. Drove back and they corrected while I waited. Printed up my return and started to leave only to find out I was given the wrong return. All in all it was 3 trips from magnolia to straighten things out. Their handling of sensitive information is laughable. I thought a cpa would offset their higher price with a larger return. Turbo tax calculated my taxes within a dollar (because they miscalculated the 3 w2

Mr. Jay Finn has been fantastic in providing accurate & simple to understand advice in regards to my tax returns, including the somewhat tricky topic of foreign accounts. I would highly recommend his services to others.

Very disappointed in speaking with Linda very unprofessional and disappointing. Imagine seeking help and then not being called for the 11am appointment AFTER clarifying yesterday I needed the appointment to be virtual. On top of that Linda acted as if I was bothering her, very tacky then had the audacity to say they don’t file amendments for free. Duh stupid. I would never contact a CPA firm and expect anything for free moron. She made my entire experience horrible. I will just use another firm, wish I could’ve spoken to someone more professional.
