Maria is awesome, the service I received there was great. I've been a customer for the past 18 years
Was referred to Marian, and thought the initial experience to be good. However, fast forward a few months to getting a you owe letter from the IRS. Turns out that while I told her about an amount that was owed, she never added it. On top of that when I called to ask about it, and why they never called to tell me they refiled, she said I'm sure we did. There was never a call. Ever. It was only a couple hundred, and thankfully I wasn't charged too much in interest, but the level of unprofessionalism was absolutely uncalled for. Instead of apologizing for the mistake, which I'm sure was caused by the abundance of work during tax time, she wanted to get rude on the phone suggesting that they probably just couldn't reach me. It's a cell phone, leave a message.
Very Unprofessional and very unfriendly. Tried them a couple of times, but they were never able to explain my return and why I owed money. Never going back again.
