I have used this filing service for the past 4 tax filings and the first 3 were fantastic. Unfortunately my 2018 taxes were a flop because of them. I had received an email from them stating that they guaranteed a filing with no extension if I sent my information in by the 25th of March. I sent mine and (unfortunately) recommended my boyfriend to send his in on the 21st of March. After countless phone calls that were never returned and a couple in person visits I was told by email they were finished and that I could come in and pay on April 12th. I paid their fees, was told I should expect a $30 return from the state and thought that would be the end of it. Well, they lied because I have an email from May stating that they finally completed them. Also, I have received a letter from the state that I owe $400 which includes the late fees that I’ve accrued. What?! I would’ve paid if I had known!
