Shanique Khan was very polite, showed very outstanding customer service, when over taxes in details. I was very pleased with service and will highly recommend him.
I have been going to this office to do my taxes for 3 years so far and they do a great job. Never had any issues with my taxes. The accountants and secretary are very nice and always willing to help and service thier client.
We made an appointment for 10 am and no one opened the office until 1030am. The employee that showed up at 1030 stated that the office opens at 10am but the person who does tax files doesn’t arrive until 12pm. We were waiting for over 2hrs. There’s no sense of responsibilities and great customer service at this company. They do not value time whatsoever.
