I have been going to this office to do my taxes for 3 years so far and they do a great job. Never had any issues with my taxes. The accountants and secretary are very nice and always willing to help and service thier client.
My experience working with Shafique Kahn the last couple of years has been wonderful. He has a nice balance of professionalism and friendliness. I'm also taking my elderly, disabled friend to have her taxes done by him. He has gone above and beyond to help her understand and navigate benefits she is eligible for.
I used to recommend JMUTax because they did a great job with my taxes. The problem is, it's impossible to get a hold of them. No one answers emails, phone calls don't get returned, and I end up waiting weeks for a response on my taxes. Time to move on. Sad because they're generally talented and know the tax code.
