2 1/2 months to get taxes done, AFTER april 15th rush!

I called in by phone and tried to ask a question about a specific issue. I was told to come in to ask the question. I made an appointment, came in and sat down with an employee. I was then told by someone that yelled across the room that my question would not be answered because I was not an existing customer. My question was whether or not KAPERAK could help me with my particular issue. I was not looking for an specific answer to my problem. I only wanted to know if your firm could help with my particular issue. I went to another tax company and was helped with my issue. Thus you are correct, I was not a customer, nor will I be. 2022 Update: I am not a hacker. As indicated above, you are correct, I was not a customer. I was a potential customer that called first by phone then made an appointment to come in. The purpose of my visit was NOT tax planning as you indicated.
