We have used Kim for the last several years and she has always been so helpful, extremely kind and accommodating. I have two little boys and she always offers them a snack or a drink and goes above and beyond to entertain them with coloring books and stickers. Whenever I have a question Kim is always so quick to reply back to emails and is very knowledgeable. I highly recommended her!!

She is responsive and knows her stuff. She is also very patient and takes the time to explain any questions or concerns I have.
