I have been with Kim Yeung Ling P.C.Chinatown office for the past 15 Yeras for my Tax both business and personal. I never had any bad experience always happy and satisfied with their customers service. My accountant is Charlies C Chow, he is one handle my tax he is phenomenal when ever I have questions he always have answer for me. He’s very friendly, reliable, always smiles, reasonable price and extremely knowledgeable as Proffessional I will definitely recommend anyone to Kim Yeung Ling office.

Very inconsiderate and unkind. I was there for an initial consultation to start business with the firm. Their office had service issues so my online through my phone wouldn't work. The accountant ask me to go to the street to connect and email him initial paperwork. HOW inconsiderate is that??? You want to get my business and charge me top dollar and be inconsiderate by asking to send you paperwork from the street in the middle of out appointment. Very disappointed, I though I walked in to a professional firm but I was wrong.

Always an excellent, utmost professional experience when I get my taxes filed. Charles Chou is always prompt and highly competent. I routinely refer people to your firm - very well managed!
