Used Carol for a couple of years. Quite expensive and always treated us like as if she getting money for her services was more important than timely, good customer service. Good luck getting her on phone!! The last year we used her, we asked to send us docs overnight (that year we spent $3K for business and personal) -- no problem from front desk and no mention of a fee. Months later we get $16 for FedEx expense, would have declined if told there was a fee. She wouldn't wave it and sent a collection agency to hound us -- can't make this crazy pettiness up. No more paying her ridiculous $3K per year -- paying half that now and much better customer service.

Terrible experience! Overpriced, very unorganized and made several mistakes on my returns in 2013. I would never recommend this office to small business owners. They don't care about the small people, that is for sure!

Good people and seems knowledgeable but their response time is too long and expensive.
