Always does my taxes, staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.

I went there to have an addendum to my 2019 taxes..this was end of summer 2021, so when it took 2 weeks to be finished I understood… however I didn’t get a call from them when it was done, I had to call and eventually go in to know it was done. I sent what they had done to the IRS.. 8 months later the IRS sent it back with a letter stating it wasn’t filled out correctly or completely… so I took it back into Tax Guy.. After over a month passed and I hadn’t heard anything, so went in..one of the associates told me they didn’t understand the form, she would research it and call the next day.. she didn’t .. I gave the benefit of the doubt, but I didn’t hear anything and called 2 weeks later, she told me it has to go to Larry, the CPA, which would be another month. Nothing but excuses were told to me.. I elected to just pick up my forms..they are very unprofessional at communicating, interrupt you when you are talking, and just give excuses. A shady place for sure
