We've used Randall (Randy) for years and we absolutely love him. He's great in detailing what is filed and why. He also helps steer us in the right direction for the future tax season if we have new ventures we are pursuing. He certainly makes the tax season a lot less stressful.

Please please please stay away from this firm. My wife and I worked with Randy Little and it has been a complete mess. Long story short, we kept checking in with him and he would say I'm going to do it tomorrow or this weekend. We checked in about 4-5 times and it was the same story each time. Tax day came and went and we hadn't heard from him in days, despite constant calling and emailing from us. They do have an auto-reply email saying that if they didn't finish your taxes, then an extension had been filed for you. So we called the IRS and they said that they didn't see an extension on file for us! So we had to file our own extension and estimate how much we owed so we wouldn't be hit with fees. It's now April 27th and there is still awful communication from the team. Last we heard from his was a week ago and he made up some excuse on why he didn't finish our taxes. However, there was NO APOLOGY! Last thing, look at the rest of these google reviews. They all seem pretty fake. Do not
