Worst treatment ever. I had to call to help my cousin to follow up on her work permit. I asked for a manager and asked to please do the follow up and treat her with respect. This folks already made a mistake in informing and in the process so yes! Not reliable. Bottom line, what did I get for ask to "please treat someone right"? IThe woman that is owner or manager started to explain to me "her case like if I was the customer, interrupting me and not allowing me to finish my explanation then she told me that she was busy with other customers to be talking g to her and in the moment I asked her for the 2nd time to not interrupt she just hang up the phone. Give your business else where. That woman is not worth it of your time, money. Until ahe learn some customer service.

Great service, everyone is really friendly. We've done our taxes here for 3 years now and we've never had problems.

Worst customer service and treatment ever. They say “you understand this is sensitive information, right?” as if I don’t understand, and they hung up my call in the middle of my question! Wow I DO understand the law and obviously don’t expect to have info sent to random people. I just needed guidance/help on what needs to be done to have info send over, and that was why I called.
