They failed to pay my corp taxes and the IRS fined me $500.00. They don't return phone calls or emails. I quit using them, can't afford the fines.

LITERALLY RUN THE OTHER DIRECTION!!! SAYING THEY DID US DIRTY IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT! The accountant, who was working on our taxes, quit, and no one said a word to us… They just let our stuff sit there…. When I called growing concerned, I was ignored so I started driving 45 minutes out of my way to show up at their office. Then they moved locations and didn’t even bother to tell us. I found a letter stuck to the door of the old building saying they had moved… ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! I’ve then drive 45 minutes a different direction to show up to their other office. they kept refusing to release our taxes after stating they were “done”. I started showing up and wasting the receptionist time, talking to her about her hobbies… That’s when Phil FINALLY wanted to help me bc I was then costing him money ???? huge plot twist though… He came out with taxes for me to sign only they weren’t the right year… In fact, it was a year that we had given no information to him on so I don’t even know what
