Karen is a very nice person who knows what she is doing with taxes. She is efficient and willing to explain and go over things with you. My 2018 tax got complicated with my hedge fund K-1 and expat situation . She was very patient and thorough when she responded to all my questions regarding the filing of different foreign reporting forms. When I left US, we were communicating over emails and she always responded promptly. Her fee was very reasonable with no hidden cost at all. I was very happy with her work style and will seek out for her help with my annual tax filings in the years to come.

First, I would like to state I’m not one for leaving reviews. I feel that if you’re professional, hardworking and good at what you do, no one should have to go out of their way to say that. I believe your work should speak for itself but, I guess in this case I’m wrong. Karen Zheng is an exception to my rule. Most importantly, she’s an exceptional person and a stellar CPA. I had major anxiety this year about filling my income tax returns. I had to file for multiple years and knew I owed a pretty penny for one of them. With that being said, I’m no longer worrying about the unknown. When I met with Karen for the 1st time, I felt very comfortable and at ease. She took the time to get to know me and was able to assess my situation. Karen worked with me and informed me she would do the best she could and she delivered. The outcome was great!
