After a death in the family and a very hectic time, we hired Waterfront to do our taxes at the end of March. We signed the agreement and sent all of our documentation by the deadline Lisa gave us. After not hearing anything for a couple weeks, we tried contacting them several times. When we finally heard back, they said they would not be able to complete our taxes on time but could file an extension. That was five days before taxes were due, so now we are scrambling to do them ourselves. Very disappointing. UPDATE: In response to the reply below, we only spoke with you a few days before YOUR March 24th deadline, as you noted. You did not indicate at that time that there was a possibility you would not be able to complete our taxes. You should have been up front and told us that there was not enough time. We submitted all of our information on time and trusted you to meet the terms of your own agreement. This is not about us wanting our taxes done before anybody else's.

We just reached out to Lisa at Waterfront In September 2022 (to help us with our tax issues), and I must say that my husband and I have been pleased so far, we were a little confused and had some questions so she welcomed a Zoom conference call with us so that we could ask all questions needed, and she explained everything clearly to us, and offered so much more information. We are very happy with the level of knowledge and professionalism, and look forward to Lisa and her office completing our tax issues promptly. Yes, We highly recommend Lisa and her company at Waterfront for excellent tax services.

Lisa is very thorough, professional, prompt, and knowledgeable.She was quick to respond to any questions I had and was always available. I highly recommend using her. I have used several over the years and I know after having Lisa prepare my taxes that she is the best.
