Don’t bother wasting your time with Johan. We received a letter from the IRS stating that we had misfiled some information, Johan had made some adjustments to our prior tax return and told us that we were all set and to pay specific dollar amount to the IRS. We did exactly what Johan said and a month or two later we received a letter from the IRS saying that we owed more money than what we originally owed prior to visiting Johan. My husband and I have reached out to Johan a number of times without any response. I reached out to the BBB and put in a claim. Finally Johan did get back after a number of attempts and claimed that my emails were going to spam, funny because I just responded to our original emails and those made it there just fine. Johan claimed we did not submit a specific piece of paper work, which in the end Johan admitted that we had indeed submitted the proper document.
