Mak & Associates, LLC CPA Firm

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Mak & Associates. I entrusted them with my personal and business tax work in May, and they assured me they would start in June. Unfortunately, they didn’t even look at my paperwork until the end of July. After months of delays, in August, they sent me five spreadsheets to fill out, which took me several hours since I had to research the same bank statements that I had already provided to them. This was clearly something they should have handled.
