I had a bad experience with my previous tax rep. As a result, my taxes were late and I was freaking out a bit. I met with Manjula and she completed my taxes within a week of our first meeting. She is very knowledgeable (she used to work for the IRS). She walked me through all the deductions, gave me the "why" behind my deductions (or lack thereof) and was careful to make sure I did not give the IRS any yellow or red flags. All this at half the price of my previous tax rep who wasnt half as good as Manjula. She is going to help me set my businesses up so that I pay even less taxes next year. She is worth all 5 of these stars and more.

I have dealt with a lot of CPAs, she is one of the best. She is very thoruogh, very knowledgeable about taxes etc especially with small businesses, very friendly and goes above and beyond her means to help explain tax loopholes. Highly recommendeded!

My personal opinion, you decide for you. Unacceptable level of communication. Unable to get a response from her via phone, voice, text or numerous emails for a number of weeks. sometimes no response at all. This communication gap might have been a result of culture gap, political gap, social gap, gender gap, generation gap, or simply a personality conflict. On another note, she promised she will do a research for me about minor custodian account taxation. Later, she gave me the runaround, put me on hold for weeks, if not months, never did the research and never gave me the answer I was looking for.
