POOR - NEW CLIENT - CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE! After meeting with Marty McCutchen and him verbally agreeing to accept me as a new client, I submitted all of the requested documents. Two months after the tentative filing date, provided to me during that meeting and after NUMEROUS messages, Marty McCutchen finally replied (via email) to let me know that my return had not been touched. He elaborated that they were overwhelmed with some of their "LARGER CLIENTS" (not current clients, but larger clients). I was then referred to another CPA. During the 4 month interaction between Marty and I, reaching him was quite the challenge. I had to leave numerous messages via phone, as well as email (one of which was left with the front desk who stated that Marty was on the other line and would give me a call me right back - which he did... 2.5 weeks later and only after I scheduled an appointment).
